The iCare4Depression application is a digital solution developed in the scope of iCare4Depression project (Portugal) for the treatment of depression. This application is one of the components of combined cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy that aims to match face-to-face psychotherapy sessions with technological solutions. iCare4Depression is one of the technological tools that provides information, strategies and personalized support, allowing the user, in a practical and accessible way, to monitor, deal and overcome the depressive and anxiety symptoms.
